REO MANAGEMENT & SALES

While we perform a variety of "unbundled" real estate-related services, most of our clients call upon Derrick and Chase Real Estate to provide end-to-end solutions by managing the entire REO process after foreclosure. Our goal is to provide a realistic disposition strategy that yields the highest return. Our system resulted in the successful sale of nearly 50 residential assets in 2008 and we are presently on pace to exceed that mark in 2009.
